Shop Policy

Please ensure that you have read and understood my shop policy. By purchasing my product(s), you have understood and agreed to the shop policy as stated below. 



All items sold in my store are PRE-ORDER items. By purchasing my product(s), you have understood and agreed that all items will not be shipped until approximately 1-2 more months (estimated end of January 2025).

I am not responsible for any possible import tax, value-added tax (VAT/TAX ID), and other customs fees that may incur upon the arrival of your package.


* For EU orders: 
- Option 1: GROUP ORDER by blue
This is a more recommended method, as it allows for a lot cheaper shipping fee and safer delivery (less likely to be lost/missing).
- Option 2: NORMAL ORDER via Bigcartel

* For US orders: shipment will be done from me (Jakarta, Indonesia) to my friend in the US (Chicago, Illinois) in bulk. She will then pack each individual order to all US customers. 

* For non-US orders:
shipment will be done by me from Jakarta, Indonesia.

The available shipping fees are calculated at a flat rate.  Should your items exceed 500grams, you will be contacted via email regarding additional shipping fees.

  • Orders to Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Chile, and Mexico will require VAT/TAX ID. Please state your TAX ID in the notes during checkout. Inability to provide this will result in a refund. (No TAX ID is required if you're buying digital products ONLY.)
  • I ship internationally using Registered International Mail (RLN), e-Packet, and/or EMS according to which service is available in each country.
  • All shipping timelines are estimated. I am not responsible for any delays or liability caused by the postal service. Please contact your local shipping courier for further information.
  • Our postal service is unable to ship orders to PO Box and Armed Forces (APO/FPO) addresses. Please do not use any PO Box and APO/FPO addresses.
  • If you don't see your country during checkout, please reach out to me via Twitter/Instagram or email me at [email protected] to inquire about the shipping fee for your designated country. I will then provide you with the steps to proceed with your order.
Below is a list of countries I will NOT ship to:










  • NO REFUNDS will be permitted after the pre-order period has ended. Once production begins, all purchases are final.
  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES once your order has been shipped. 

In the case of MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
  • I WILL issue a refund/replacement if there is:
    • Negligence during packing process (missing and/or damaged item(s). Image/video proof is required to make this claim.)
  • I WILL NOT issue a refund/replacement if there is:
    • Improper shipping and handling by the postal service
    • Failure of postal service delivery 
    • Incorrect address input
    • Issues with your country's customs and/or import tax
